About the photo subject

I've always been fascinated by the natural history sections of museums and the impressive cases of stuffed animals. Whilst travelling in Cape Town we came across a beautiful natural history store full of contemporary taxidermy pieces and so started our collection of birds. Our taxidermy collection is made up of restored Victorian vintage taxidermy and modern pieces were birds and animals that have died naturally in rehab or wildlife centres are expertly mounted.
