Help with returns

We hope you love your purchase but if you have changed your mind we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

 To start a return, contact us at enquiries@ornament.art Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ornament Art, 107 Mary Street, Sheffield S1 4RT . You are responsible for returns shipping costs for any unwanted items.

ltems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method and will be credited according to your card issuers policies.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at enquiries@ornament.art if the item arrives damaged or incorrect so that we can make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any personalised prints sales.
